采用共沉淀法制得Ce1-λZrλNixO2载体,将其与La-Al2O3机械混合,然后用等体积浸渍法负载Cu,制得Cuy/Ce1-λZrλNixO2/La-Al2O3催化剂.结果表明:Cu0.03/Ce0.6Zr0.4Ni0.1O2/La-Al2O3显示出更好的催化性能,在其催化下,CO、NO和C3H6的起燃温度都较低,CO的起燃温度低于100℃,NO和C3H6的起燃温度分别为240℃和250℃,并且300℃时,CO和NO能完全转化,450℃时,C3H6能完全转化.表征分析结果表明:由于Ce-Zr-Ni形成稳定的立方晶相固溶体,不出现NiO单斜晶相以及CuO在载体表面富集等现象,La-Al2O3能促使催化剂颗粒更加细化,所以Cu0.03/Ce0.6Zr0.4Ni0.1O2/La-Al2O3的催化性能更好.
The Ce1-λZrλNixO2 support was prepared by co-precipitation method. A series of Cuy /Ce1-λ ZrλNixO2 /La-Al2O3 samples were maded by incipient-wetness impregnation of the simple mechanical mixture of Ce1- λZrλNixO2 and La-Al2O3 with active component Cu2+ aqueous solution.The test results of the activities of the samples indicate that the catalyst Cu0.03 /Ce0.6 Zr0.4Ni0.1O2 /La-Al2O3 exhibited high catalytic performance. The light-off temperature of CO was less than 100 ℃.The light-off temperature of NO and C3H6 were 240 ℃ and 250 ℃ respectively.At temperature of 300 ℃,CO and NO could be completely converted.C3H6 could be completely converted at 450 ℃.The samples were characterized by XRD techniques and SEM techniques.The results show that Ce-Zr-Ni has a stable cublic structure with no monoclinic NiO and no enrichment of CuO on the surface of the carrier,and the addition of La-Al2O3 makes the catalyst particles be smaller.
