采用偏光显微镜(PLM)联用旋转剪切台,差示扫描量热法(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)等研究了剪切速率对POM/聚氧化乙烯(PEO)(50/50)晶/晶共混物结晶行为的影响。实验结果表明,增大剪切速率,POM/PEO(50/50)共混物结晶温度升高,结晶速度加快,形成更多更窄的串晶,POM与PEO分子间缠结包合作用增强,共混物中POM结晶更不完善,在DSC升温曲线上出现熔融双峰,XRD谱图中34.6°峰、19.2°峰的强度有所降低。
The effect of shear rate on crystallization behavior of polyoxymethylene(POM)/poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) blend was studied by polarized light microscope(PLM) connected with a CSS450 shearing hot-stage,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results show that with increasing shear rate,the crystallization temperature as well as crystallization rate of POM/PEO(50/50) blend are enhanced,more and narrower shish-kebab crystals are formed.The shearing increases the inclusion and entanglement between POM and PEO therefore enhances the influence of PEO on crystallization of POM and causes more imperfect crystallization of POM,leading to the double melt peak of POM in DSC heating trace as well as the intensity reduction of diffraction peaks at 34.6° or 19.2° in the XRD patterns.
