通过马铃薯膜下滴灌水肥耦合盆栽试验,以补灌定额(X1)、氮肥施量(X2)、磷肥施量(X3)、钾肥施量(X4)为试验因素,选用4因素5水平的均匀设计,研究不同水、氮、磷、钾配施对马铃薯淀粉含量的影响,建立起马铃薯淀粉含量与灌水量、氮、磷、钾施用量的关系方程。结果表明:各因素对马铃薯淀粉含量的影响顺序为:X3〉X2〉X1〉X4,各因子交互作用对马铃薯淀粉含量影响顺序为:X1X3〉X1 X2〉X1 X4,二次项X1、X2、X3系数为负,说明灌水量、氮肥施量、磷肥施量过多和不足均会对淀粉含量产生副作用。以马铃薯淀粉含量为目标函数,最大值为17.60%时,各补水时期灌水量最佳分配为:补灌定额为930m3/hm2,施氮量、施磷量、施钾量分别为180、240、276.15kg/hm2。
Through the experiment of drip irrigation under film of water and fertilizer coupling potted potato,with irrigation quota(X1),nitrogen fertilizer(X2),phosphate fertilizer(X3),potash fertilizer(X4)as experiment factors,uniform design with 4factors and 5levels,of different water,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium fertilizer on starch content in potato,establish the relation equation of starch content in potato and irrigation,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium fertilizer.The results show that:the influence of various factors on the starch content of potato order is:X3X2X1X4,the order of influence of each factor interaction on potato starch content is:X1X3 X1 X2X1 X4,two X1,X2,X3 coefficient is negative,the amount of irrigation,nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer application amount of excess and deficiency can cause side effects the content of starch.Starch content of potato as the objective function,the maximum value is 17.60%,the optimal allocation of irrigation water period:the irrigation quota of 930m3/hm2,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium fertilizer is 180,240,276.15kg/hm2 respectively.
