随着我国民航事业的快速发展,空中交通流量迅速增长,使得空中交通拥挤问题日益严重,因此建立科学合理的空中交通管理系统变得十分迫切,而管理系统的核心-流量管理优化算法的研究就十分重要了。本论文给出了考虑扇区容量限制的多机场地面等待问题的动态模型,并设计了一种以航班优先级别为核心的多机场地面等待启发式优化算法,详细地给出了算法的设计思想和步骤,求解时还考虑了目的机场容量的变化以及不同航班单位延迟费用的不同,最后仿真验证了其可行性,算法可求出符合各容量约束条件的满意实时解。
With the rapid increase of the air traffic transportation and growth of air traffic flow, the air traffic congest became more and more heavy, so to study the flow optimization problem is very importation and pressing. In this paper, a new multi-airports ground-holding dynamic model with en-route capacity constrain has been built, and a heuristic optimal algorithm basing on flights priority has been given. The detailed algorithm device thought and process have been present and we also consider the change of objective airport capacity and the unit cost of different flights in the process of solving. The algorithm hammers to approval a real-time solution which satisfying all capacity constrains. The simulation results validate the feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
