Superconducting motor based on the Meissner effect of superconductors was developed. The type of motor has much excellent features such as high speed, simple configuration and especially lower loss than normal motors, it gets more and more attention in the field of navigation and satellite in recent years. This study will discuss the working principle, rotating control system and also the design of the superconducting motor. The method of Finite Element Analysis is also applied to the design to analyze the feasibility of the motor in the field of engineering, and we will evaluate the performance of the motor at the end.
