神经管理学的概念自我国学者2006年提出以来,经过十多年的发展,已经形成了一个引起全球学术界共同关注的新兴交叉学科领域,对现代管理学及其他各相关学科的研究与发展正在产生广泛而深刻的影响。对神经管理学的学科发展概况作了分析,从学科发展的生态学机制阐述了神经管理学的学科发展模式及其主要研究的科学问题,提出以神经管理学知识体系的创新发展生态链和以管理问题为导向的可持续发展生态链为基础来促进上述学科的发展。分析了管理问题的不同研究目标层次,将上述研究目标划分为从发现事物的新现象、新特征到提出对事物变化进行管理的新理论与方法等四个层次,并针对不同层次的研究目标给出了神经管理学的主要研究方法,从总体上归纳了对神经管理学的研究范式。
Since the concept of neuromangement was proposed by Chinese scholars in 2006, it has formed a new interdisci-plinary field after more than a decade development, which arouses common concern in the academic circle globally and is influen-cing the research and development of modern management and other related disciplines in an extensive and profound way. This paper analyzes the general development of neuromangement discipline and elaborates on the development model of neuromange- ment discipline and its main scientific research from the ecological mechanism of disciplinary development. It proposes that the a-bove-stated discipline should be developed based on the innovative development of ecological chain with the knowledge system of neuromangement and based on the sustainable development of ecological chain oriented by management issues. It analyzes the dif-ferent levels of research goals in management issues. The above-stated research goals are divided into four levels from both new phenomenon and new feature of discovering things to both new theory and method of managing the change of things. According to different levels of research goals, it puts forward the main research method in neuromangement and generally summarizes the re-search paradigm in neuromangement.
