本研究围绕“寻求推动处于成长关键期的我国家族企业发展的有效路径”这一基本研究问题,以家族性、家族企业文化和家族企业绩效为投射焦点,在文献回顾的基础上,构建了家族性、家族企业文化与家族企业绩效的理论模型,以广东157家家族企业为研究样本,运用多元统计分析方法识别了家族性与家族企业文化.家族企业文化与家族企业绩效,家族性与家族企业绩效间相互影响的具体变量,通过结构方程模型进一步验证了三者之间的关系:家族性对家族企业文化有显著的正向影响;家族企业文化对家族企业绩效有显著的正向影响;家族性对家族企业绩效有显著的直接正向影响;家族性与家族企业文化存在正相关关系,并对家族企业绩效有积极的影响。
The study, based on the basic question of" how to explore the effective path to promote the growth of China family firm in its key development period", focusing on familiness, family firm culture and family firm performance, establishes a theoretical model of the relationship among familiness, family firm culture and family firm performance by reviewing relevant literatures. The researchers carry out an empirical study with the method of multiple regression analysis by surveying 157 sample family firms in Guangdong province and identifying the correlation of specific variables among familiness, family firm culture and family firm per- formance. The results of structural equation modeling further show that familiness has a positive effect on family firm culture, family firm culture has a positive effect on family firm performance, familiness has a significant positive effect on family firm performance directly, and familiness is positively related to family firm culture, which can affect positively family firm performance.
