基于对黄骅港三期筒仓储煤自燃的预警,选取筒仓所储神优-2和外购-1煤样进行程序升温实验,分析了煤体氧化热解产生的各指标气体及随温度的变化规律。实验发现:CO、C2H4、C2 H6三种单一指标以及C2H4/C2 H6、△CO/△O2两种复合指标随煤温的变化表现出了良好的规律性,并通过CO在60℃左右时浓度的突增,将煤体倒仓临界温度定为60℃。结合筒仓现有安全装置,采用温度监测和指标气体分析作为筒仓储煤自燃的预警方法。对筒仓内煤体入仓、出仓之前的煤温,以及储煤过程中的煤温、生成的指标气体含量进行实时监控,并设定了合理的报警阈值。
Based on the early warning of spontaneous combustion coal in the process of Huanghua Port 3rd phase silo coalstorage, Shenyou - 2 and Waigou - 1 were selected for the programmed temperature rising experiment, tile indicator gasesgenerated from oxidative pyrolysis gases and their changing laws with temperature were analyzed. Results showed that theindexes of CO, C2H4, C2H6 and C2H4/C2H6 、 △CO/△O2 changed with the coal temperature and showed good regularity.According to the mutation of CO at 60℃, the silo emptying critical temperature was set at 60℃. Combined with safetydevice of silo now available, temperature monitoring and analysis of index gases were applied as early warning methodagainst coal spontaneous combustion. Real - time monitoring was realized for the temperature of coal transported in andout, and during the storage, and for the content of index gases, at last, an appropriate alarm threshold was set.
