随着风电装机容量的不断增大和单机容量的不断提高,风电机组的安全运行问题越来越受关注。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对常见的1.5 MW双馈风力发电机进行了二维建模。根据电磁场和热学传导的相关理论,通过有限元软件,对风力发电机正常工作和故障时电机的磁场和温度场进行了仿真和分析,得到了发电机运行时电机内部磁场和温度场的分布状况。通过分析与研究,提出了发电机维护和故障诊断中应该注意的问题,对发电机的故障诊断和维护有一定的指导作用。
With the increasing of wind power installed capacity and improve of single capacity, the safe operation of wind turbines achieves more and more attention. The two-dimensional model for common 1.5 MW doubly-fed wind power generator was built by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. Based on the related theory of electromagnetic field and thermal conduction, the magnetic field and temperature field of normal work and failure motor were simulated and analyzed through the finite element software. The distribution of internal magnetic field and temperature field during motor generator operation was achieved. Through the analysis and research, the problems which should pay attention to during generator maintenance and fault diagnosis were put forward, having certain guiding role for generator's fault diagnosis and maintenance.
