在二维PM领导模型(目标达成Performance、群体维系Maintenance)基础上增加了“参与(Participation)”维度,提出了PPM三维领导行为模型,并提出了PPM领导行为、团队学习能力与绩效关系的假设。通过对22家生产企业209个基层团队调查数据的统计分析,发现了PPM不同维度的领导行为对团队学习能力和绩效的不同显著影响。最后,讨论了该研究的贡献、需改进的地方以及未来进一步的研究方向。
In this paper, a PPM 3-Dimension team leadership behavioral model is suggested based on the previous PM leadership model by adding a new dimension - Participation. The hypotheses on relationship among team leadership behavior, learning capability and performance are developed. The hypothesized relationships are tested based on the data collected from 209 frontline teams in 22 Chinese manufacturing companies. In the end, the contribution, limitation, and future research are discussed.
