The anti-crime in the field of the Chinese professional football has helped the Chinese professional foot- ball to be cleaner and the Chinese professional football market has been better. However, problems still exist. Most football clubs are not in good operation. Structure of stockholder＇ s right is unitary. Indebted operations are widely seen. These are problems caused by the fact that the price of the professional football market strays away from its val- ue, which will play a negative role in the reconstruction of the Chinese professional football. In view of professional sports competition balance theory and the experience of some developed countries, indirect interference should be involved in setting up fiscal balance system of football leagues, modern enterprise system of football clubs and scien- tific professional football coach and young player training system.
