Financial crisis is the real economy crisis in sense, the reason of the crisis is basic contradiction of capitalism and paradox of labor relations which related to such basic contradiction. Western capitalism is an industrial capitalism which has been domi- nated by industry capital, with the deepening of substitution of capital for labor and the rising of organic composition of capital, deindustrialization has occurred and promoted the decline of manufacturing industry, the dominant status of industry capital has been substituted by financial capital, economic growth has no longer been supported by fixed capital renewal in a large scal, the periodicity of business circle has been fade-out more and more, economic stagnation has become a condition of normalization.
