以CSP流程生产的35W440无取向电工钢热轧板为研究对象,研究了不同退火温度对无取向电工钢磁性能的影响规律。研究的结果表明,在实验参数的范围内,随着退火温度的升高,最终成品的晶粒尺寸增大。利用X射线测量了不同退火温度的成品板的宏观织构,结果表明,退火温度的提高有利于减弱{111}面织构,从而有利于改善产品磁性能的α纤维织构和{100}〈0vw〉有利织构组分得到了增强。因此随着退火温度的提高,成品板试样的铁损降低,磁感增加。
Taking 35W440 non-oriented electric steel hot rolled plate produced by CSP process as research object, effect of different annealing temperatures on the magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel is studied. The results show that, as the increase of annealing temperature in the range of experiment parameters, the grain size of the final product increases. The macro-texture of finished boards at different annealing temperature is measured by use of X-ray. The results show that the increase of annealing temperature is advantageous in weakening { 111} sur- face texture, and a fiber texture and {100 } 〈0vw〉 texture have been enhanced which are conducive to improve magnetic properties. Therefore, with the annealing temperature ascension, the iron loss of finished plate samples reduces, and the magnetic induction increases.
