为了获得尺寸精确和表面光滑的熔覆层,采用八种不同的扫描路径进行实体成型试验,研究了扫描路径、宏观形貌和尺寸精度的关系。结果表明,沿短边往复、层间异向的扫描方式的熔覆层表面平整度最好。
In order to obtain cladding layers with precise shape and smooth surface, the entity molding test experiments were conducted using eight different scanning paths. The relationship between scanning path, macro profile and dimensional accuracy were analyzed. The results show that under the scanning way along the short edge reciprocating and differential difection between layers, the surface smoothness of the chadding layer is the best.
