为有效利用黄磷尾气中的高体积分数CO作为电厂锅炉燃气,设计了一套规模为8000 m^3/h的黄磷尾气净化工艺并进行了现场工业化试验。该工艺的净化设备包括石灰乳碱洗、泡沫除尘、液相催化脱硫和气固相催化脱硫脱磷等单元。现场试验结果表明:尾气中的HF和SO2能被石灰乳完全吸收并脱除,通过液相催化脱硫操作单元后,H2S的净化效率高于99%,在气固相催化氧化操作单元,尾气中的COS,P4,PH3和剩余H2S能被完全脱除,净化气符合了作为电厂锅炉燃气的要求。
For effective utilization of high volume fraction CO in yellow phosphorus off-gas as power plant boiler burning gas, an 8 000 m^3/h scale industrial purification device was designed and field-tested. The industrial-scale experiment of the purification process included caustic washing by Ca (OH)2, froth dedusting, desulfurization by liquid phase catalytic oxidation, desulfurization and dephosphorization by gas-solid phase catalytic oxidation. The result of the field test shows that HF and SO2 can be absorbed completely by Ca( OH)2 washing process. During the liquid phase catalytic oxidation process, the removal efficiency of H2S is higher than 99%. In the process of desulfurization and dephosphorization by gas-solid phase catalytic oxidation, the COS, P4, PH3 and remaining H2 S are removed completely. This purified yellow phosphorus off-gas is qualified to be used as power plant boiler burning gas.
