水泥稳定碎石基层混合料的力学性能与其成型工艺密切相关,为更好的对比不同成型方式下的水稳碎石性能.在振动成型机参数合理选择的基础上,进行了振动成型与静压成型作用下混合料最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、干缩性能、混合料级配的影响试验.结果表明:振动成型方式下混合料的最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度均大于静压成型方式(重型击实);在保持强度不变的情况下可减小水泥剂量1%左右;且其干缩性能较静压成型降低25%左右;同时对集料压碎值影响较小,其试验级配更接近设计级配;结合实际工程对其进行验证,振动成型法设计的混合料性能优于静压法设计的混合料.
The mechanical property of cement stabilized base mixture is closely related with its molding process.In order to compare the performance of cement stabilized base mixture under different forming methods,the reasonable parameters of vibration machine were firstly chosen,then a series tests on two kinds different molding methods were conducted.It contained maximum dry density,UCS,drying shrinkage performance and impact of aggregates performance.The results show that the dry density and UCS(unconfined compressive strength)of vibration molding are greater than isostatic pressing methods,and the drying shrinkage performance of vibration molding is better than static pressure molding's.The vibration molding has less affect on the aggregate performance.It is more similar to the actual field.Combined with the engineering practice,it is found that vibration molding is more suitable for cement stabilized base mixture.
