以丙烯酰胺(AM),2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和氯化N-甲基-N-烯丙基咪唑(MAC),烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)制备了一种耐温耐盐四元共聚物AM/AMPS/MAC/APEG,并对该聚合物进行了红外、核磁表征,考察了聚合反应条件对聚合产物防膨率的影响,探讨了不同条件下合成聚合物溶液及其与KCl复配体系对膨润土的防膨能力以及对伊利石和泥页岩水化作用的影响。结果表明:最佳合成条件为:单体总量为20%,单体配比AM/AMPS/MAC/APEG为90∶5∶3∶2,引发剂(亚硫酸钠/过硫酸铵,摩尔比1∶1)加量0.2%,p H值4,反应温度40℃。合成聚合物具有较强的抑制能力。浓度为20 g/L合成聚合物溶液对膨润土的防膨率为79%,且能明显降低伊利石的水化膨胀应力,同时30 g/L合成聚合物与5 g/L的KCl复配后能够将泥页岩在水溶液浸泡后的压入硬度保留率由在水中的21.7%提高至69%。
AM/AMPS/MAC/APEG copolymer was synthesized using acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfuric acid(AMPS),Chloride N-allyl-N-methyl morphine moiety(MAC)and Acrylic polyether(APEG)as raw material. The structure of the copolymer was studied by IR and1 H NMR,and the influence of reaction condition on the anti-swelling ratio of the prepared copolymer was investigated. In the end,the inhibition ability of the prepared copolymer solution and the copolymer/KCl complex system was probed under different conditions. The reaction conditions were optimized as followed:total monomers content was20%,the monomer mass ratio of AM/AMPS/MAC/APEG was of 90∶5∶3∶2,the initiator(sodium sulfite/ ammonium persulfate,molar ratio 1∶1)content was 0.2%(based on the monomer mass),the p H value was 4,and the reaction temperature was 40℃. The synthesized polymer had good inhibiting ability. It was found that the anti-swelling ratio of the prepared copolymer solution with the concentration of 2 g/L was over 79%,and it also could inhibit the swelling stress of illite. Whats more,the complex system containing 30 g/L the prepared copolymer and 5 g/L KCl could improve the indentation hardness retention of the shale in water from21.7% to 69%.
