试验研究蒙脱土(MMT)用量和加工助剂种类对MMT/SBR纳米复合材料性能的影响,探讨MMT/SBR纳米复合材料用于制备轮胎内胎的可行性。结果表明,加入2份三乙醇胺、MMT用量为20份的MMT/SBR纳米复合材料的加工性能和物理性能与工厂内胎胶差别不大,耐热老化性能和气体阻隔性较好,可用于制备轮胎内胎。
The influences of addition level of montmorillonite(MMT) and the type of the processing aid on the properties of MMT/SBR nano-composites were experimentally investigated, and the feasibility of applications of MMT/SBR nano-composites in tire tube was discussed. The results showed that the processibility and physical properties of MMT/SBR nano-composites with 2 phr triethanolmine and 20 phr MMT were similar to those of the inner tube compound used in factory, and the air-tightness and thermal aging properties were improved, so MMT/SBR nano-composites could be applied in tire tube production.
