根据液氨改性处理罐转轴处的密封要求,设计了种应用于此处的多级磁流体密封装置,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对所设计的磁流体密封装置进行磁场仿真分析,得到该装置磁场分布及各密封卤级磁感应强度之差,使得磁流体密封压差计算变得简单快捷。通过校核,所设计的多级磁流体密封装置能够满足特定密封要求。
According to the sealing requirements for axis of the high pressure vessel used for liquid ammonia, a magnetic fluid seal device is designed, and based on the application of the software ANSYS, the magnetic field distribution of the device is obtained. The difference of the magnetic flux density in each tooth gained from the magnetic field can make, the calculation of magnetic fluid sealing capability fast and easy. The designed seal device is able to meet the sealing requirements after inspection.
