针对某微型轿车侧撞安全性较差的实例,按照C-NCAP侧撞试验的要求建立了该车侧撞有限元模型,并对其有效性进行验证;根据该车特征确定了车门内板对应骨盆位置侵入量与胸部位置侵入速度这两个车身侧撞安全性评价指标;接着结合正交试验设计与有限元仿真,通过少量的运算次数,准确地找出对侧撞安全性影响显著的因素;最后有针对性地进行设计优化,结果大幅度提高了该车的侧撞安全性。研究结果的准确性在随后的C-NCAP侧撞试验中得到验证。
Aiming at a practical example of a mini car with poor side crashworthiness,and in accordance with the requirements of the side impact test of C_NCAP,a finite element model for the side impact of the car is built and validated.Based on the features of the car,two evaluation indicators of car body crash safety are determined,i.e.the door inner panel intrusion directed to occupant pelvis area and the door inner panel intruding velocity pointing to chest area.Then by means of orthogonal experimental design and finite element simulation,the remarkable affecting factors of side crash safety are accurately found through only rather few calculations.Finally a design optimization is targetedly performed,and as a result the crash safety of vehicle greatly enhanced.The accuracy of results is validated by follow-up C_NCAP side crash tests.
