旅游业是一个很大程度上依赖自然禀赋、社会和文化遗产的行业,保护环境、爱护环境是旅游业可持续发展的前提。党的十八大报告将生态文明建设与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设同列并举,宣示要＂五位一体＂地建设中国特色社会主义。在这样的背景下同时也考虑到旅游行业的自身特点,旅游业要融入生态文明的理念以实现可持续发展。以生态文明的理念发展旅游业,离不开旅游专业人才的支持。本文在对高校旅游管理专业学生进行调研的基础上,对旅游管理专业学生的生态文明认知、意识、行为进行了分析,最后对如何培育学生的生态文明理念提出了建议。

英文摘要：

Tourism is an industry depending largely on natural resources, social and cultural heritage, so protecting and loving environment is the premise of the sustainable development of tourism. It was clearly pointed out in Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that ecological civilization construction should be attached to the same importance as economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction, and socialism with Chinese characteristics should be constructed based on a ＂five-in-one＂ model. Under this background, the characteristics of tourism should also be considered in the meantime, and ecological civilization concept should be integrated into tourism to realize its sustainable development. The development of tourism with ecological civilization concept should be supported by tourism talents. Based on an investigation on college students majoring in tourism management, this paper analyzes their cognition, awareness and behavior of ecological civilization, and finally proposes suggestions on how to cultivate students＇ concept of ecological civilization.
