提出一种螺杆计量段的新型扭转元件,并应用计算流体力学软件Polyflow分别对设置扭转元件和螺纹元件的螺杆计量段进行三维非等温数值模拟,利用流道内熔体的温度场、温度梯度场、速度场等及各物理场之间的关系分析了不同元件对塑化过程温度均匀性和传热特性的影响。结果表明:相对于螺纹元件,设置扭转元件的螺杆塑化过程努塞尔数更大,扭转元件处径向温度波动更小,具有强化传热和改善径向温差的作用,使径向截面温度更均匀,塑化质量更好。
New screw element with twisted groove ,called torsion element, used in the metering section was proposed. 3I) non-isothermal flows in two kinds of screw structures of screw metering section were simulated by using the finite element package Polyflow. The temperature, temperature gradient, velocity and field synergy were analyzed to explain which element' s heat transfer was better. Simulation results indicated that the temperature of melt in screw with twisted groove was more uniform and quality of plastics was better, and screw with twisted groove enhanced heat transfer characteristic, compared with the general screw.
