引入TRIZ创新方法,建立基于TRIZ的企业-学校知识链冲突解决框架和思路。研究是建立在3个假设基础上的。为了减少研究对象的复杂性,建立利益、文化、知识和环境4个冲突要素;为了显示研究对象的适应性,引入环境要素,并提出参数是要素的属性。在要素和参数的基础上建立企业-学校知识链冲突解决工具、关键冲突识别工具、解决方案评价工具。这套系统的冲突解决理论和方法将有助于企业和学校合作的顺畅,促进知识共享和知识创造。
This paper sets up a problem-solving framework and thinking of industry-university knowledge chain based on TRIZ.On the basis of three hypotheses,this paper constructs four factors,namely,interest,culture,knowledge and environment,to decrease the complexity of studied objects.Furthermore,this paper puts forward the idea that the parameters is the attribution of factors,and constructs tools of problem-solving,keytrade-off identification and assessment of solutions based on the factors and parameters.This systematic problem-solving theory and method are useful to the fluent cooperation of industry and university so as to promote the knowledge creation and knowledge sharing.
