目的探讨自大鼠外周血中获取内皮前细胞（EPC）的方法。方法SD大鼠皮下注射粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）后抽取外周动脉血，密度梯度离心法获取单个核细胞，用完全培养液在体外培养后进行CD31、CD34、FLK-1和vWF免疫荧光染色，并检测其结合UEA-1、摄取acLDL的能力。结果将此方法收获的细胞进行CD31、CD34、FLK-1和vWF免疫荧光染色并检测其结合UEA-1、摄取ac-LDL的能力，证实为EPC。结论G-CSF刺激、密度梯度离心、完全培养液法可白大鼠外周血中获取较多EPC。

Objective： To explore the procedures of isolation, cultivation and purification of endothelial progenitor cells（EPC）from peripheral bloods. Method：Peripheral blood was obtained from the femoral artery of SD rat. Mononuclear cells were isolated by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation,cultured in a special medium and stained immunofluorescence. Result： Cells obtained by this procedure were immunohistologically proved EPC. Conclusion ：Relatively purified EPC can be obtained by certain procedure of isolation and culture.
