实际电解废渣稳定化产物中重金属的浸淋溶特性研究

通过对实际电解废渣铁氧体稳定化产物的浸溶和淋溶实验,研究了浸出时间、 pH值、振速、温度等因素对电解废渣稳定化产物中重金属的浸出影响以及下流式循环柱淋滤对稳定化产物中重金属的动态淋滤特性。结果表明:电解废渣铁氧体稳定化产物中重金属的稳定性明显加强;稳定化产物中重金属的浸出受pH值的影响较大,其它影响因素对重金属的浸出影响不大;在pH值为3.8和6.0两种模式下,重金属的淋出差别不大,并且在最初的时间段内重金属的淋出量已基本稳定。

英文摘要:

Through the soaking and leaching experiment of heavy metals in the actual electrolytic slag ferrite stabilization product , the soaking factors of heavy metals in the product such as soaking time , pH value , velocity and temperature and dynamic leaching characteristics of heavy metals in the product through downflow circulating column leaching were studied.Experimental results indicated that the stability of heavy metals in the product was improved remarkably , the leaching of heavy metals was influenced by pH value comparatively rather than other factors , the leaching amount of heavy metals was so little difference between the two modes of pH value 3.8 and 6.0, and was basically stable in the initial leaching period.
