目的研究黎药裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.Et Arn.)叶的氯仿萃取部位的化学成分。方法黎药裸花紫珠叶用水提取后,依次用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对氯仿萃取部位采用各种柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质、薄层色谱及波谱分析等方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从裸花紫珠叶的氯仿萃取部位中分离得到5个已知化合物,分别鉴定为:7α-Hydroxysandaracopimaric acid(Ⅰ)、香草醛(Ⅱ)、5,4′-二羟基-3,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ)、5-羟基-3,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Chloroform fraction from Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.Et Arn.Methods The medicinal plants were first extracted by distilled water and then partitioned with chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol,respectively.The chemical constituents of the chloroform fraction were separated and purified by column chromatography methods and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties,thin-layer chromatography and spectra analyzed.Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as 7α-Hydroxysandaracopimaric acid(Ⅰ),vanillin(Ⅱ),5,4′-dihydroxy-3,7,3′-trimethoxyflavone(Ⅲ),5-hydroxy-3,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone(Ⅳ),oleanolic acid(Ⅴ).Conclusion Compound Ⅱ is isolated from this plant for the first time.
