采用高温处理玉米淀粉,以此玉米淀粉与聚乙烯醇为原料制备S/P复合膜。着重讨论反应温度对复合膜力学性能和耐水性的影响,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对膜的结晶度、热稳定性和形貌进行表征分析。结果表明:90~150℃不同温度处理的复合膜成膜性能表现出差异性,在110℃高温处理的复合膜致密性提高,相容性较好,结晶度降低、热稳定性有所增强,表现出较好的力学性能和耐水性。该研究结果为用玉米淀粉制造复合薄膜,提供了理论依据和实际参考。
The starch/PVA composite film was prepared with PVA and cornstarch treated by high temperature.The effect of reaction temperature on the mechanical properties and water resistance of the film was discussed.The crystallization degree,thermal stability and microstructure of the film were studied by X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.Results: The properties of the formed film are different with the treating temperature in film forming from 90 ℃ to 150 ℃.The film treated at 110 ℃ has lower crystallization degree and better thermal stability,miscibility and compactness than the others,and its mechanical properties and water-resistance are better markedly.
