通过田间试验,研究不同有机肥对盐渍化耕地棉花干物质积累与养分吸收的影响。结果表明:增施有机肥可使棉花干物质的积累和养分吸收及产量有不同程度的提高,鸡粪表现的更为明显;苗期时,棉花干物质和氮磷钾积累量分别较对照高出161.8%、171.4%、116.3%和187.1%,花铃期干物质及氮磷钾积累量分别较对照高出118.9%、105.6%、57.14%和98.21%,吐絮期分别较对照高了34.3%、21.9%、60.0%和10.8%;产量较CK提高了6.4%。在有机肥对土壤电导率抑制作用方面,鸡粪在棉花各生育期表现较优。棉花干物质及氮磷钾积累分配规律为苗期和花铃期主要在叶中积累,吐絮期主要在铃中积累。
Field experiments were carried out in salt-affected land to study the effects of different organic manure on the charac- teristics of cotton dry matter accumulation and absorption of nutrient. Results showed that applying organic manure increased the cotton dry matter accumulation, nutrient absorption and yield in varying degrees, especially for the chicken manure treat- ment. Compared with CK, the average accumulations of dry matter, nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium of the cotton with manure application in seedling stage increased by 161.8% , 171.4% , 116.3% and 187.1% , in blooming-boiling stage in- creased by 118. 9% , 105.6% , 57. 14% and 98.21% , and in boll opening stage increased by 34. 3% , 21.9% , 60. 0% , 10. 8% , respectively, and the average yield increased by 6.4%. On the inhibition of soil conductivity, chicken manure was the optimum at all growth stages of cotton. The dry matter, nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium of cotton were mainly accu- mulated in leaves at the seedling and blooming-boiling stage, and in bell at the boll opening stage.
