从价值共创的双元视角,采用案例研究方法,选择内向型中小制造企业创新转型案例为研究对象,采用扎根理论编码,归纳出突破创新瓶颈的3个阶段、9个要素与一个关键点:创新瓶颈识别阶段包括创新目标、价值梳理与瓶颈因素3个要素;创新方案设计阶段包括瓶颈目标、瓶颈深挖与解决方案3个要素;创新瓶颈突破阶段包括整合资源、激励政策与排除障碍3个要素;创新团队在3个阶段中不断地达成共识是成功的关键点。
From a dual perspective of value co-creation,this study selected the case of innovative transformation from inward oriented small and medium-size manufacturing enterprises.Grounded theory was applied to sum up 3stages,9elements and a key points of bottleneck in innovation breakthrough.The 3stages and 9elements are:Firstly,the identification phase of bottleneck innovation elements including innovation target,value sort and bottleneck factor;Secondly,the innovation scheme design phase elements including bottleneck target,bottleneck deep mining and solution;Thirdly,the bottleneck breakthrough innovation phase elements including resources integration,incentive policy,remove obstacles.Lastly,the consensus within the innovation team during this three phase is the key to successful innovation.
