报告基因技术在分子生物学领域中已经广泛应用于基因表达调控、启动子活性分析、信号转导、受体功能鉴定以及基因治疗、药物筛选等领域,而且随着技术和检测方法的进步,不断有新的更加灵敏和非损伤性的报告基因出现,尤其是一些不影响细胞繁殖、能够实时检测的荧光报告基因的发展更为迅速。该文从报告基因的使用现状出发,对其主要的种类、特征、应用及发展趋势进行论述。
Reporter gene technology has been extensively applied in regulation of gene expression, analysis of promoter activity, signal transduction, identification of acceptors function, as well as in gene therapy, drug screening, etc. With the progress of technology and detection methods, new more sensitive and un-traumatic reporter genes have been developed, especially those which have no adverse effects on cyto-proliferation and can be detected in real time. The present paper reviewed the types, characteristics, applications and prospects of the reporter genes.
