Based on the expounding of the connotation and characteristics of the Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation, this paper studies the characteristics of competitive intelligence in the Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation and the necessity of developing competitive intelligence collaboration and sha- ring. The paper proposes a centralized model of competitive intelligence collaboration, and takes the US Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology Research Consortium for example to analyze the practical experience of competitive intelligence collaboration in the Alliance.
