摘要:为研究双馈式风力发电机组机舱结构散热性能,对风电领域通用的拟六面体形机舱进行简化建模,采用基于热影响排序的机舱模型简化准则和流一固耦合面网格加密准则进行建模,运用计算流体力学(ComputationalFluidDynamics,CFD)方法分析机舱内气流组织形态.提出一种基于热源扰动的气流组织均匀性评价新方法,解决无参照状态下机舱散热气流组织的孤本评价难题.采用该方法对典型的“下送尾排”式机舱气流组织形态进行分析和评价,分析结论与制造商的试验结论相符.
To study the heat dissipating performance of the nacelle structure of a double-fed wind turbine generator system, the hexahedral nacelle which is used extensively in the wind industry is simplified and modeled, and it is meshed on basis of the principles of the heat affecting orders and the flow-solid interface mesh refinement. The air organization inside the nacelle is analyzed by the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. A new method of evaluating the air organization uniformity based on the heat source perturbation is proposed, and the problem of evaluating the air organization uniformity with no reference is solved. By this method, the air organization form of bottom to end is analyzed and evaluated, and the conclusion is in consistent with the manufacturers'.
