金属棒料的精密下料问题广泛存在于工业实际中,针对低能耗变频振动下料方法的特点,提出为了实现可靠、稳定和自动下料的目标,必须建立一个计算机测控系统。围绕计算机构建了测控系统的硬件结构,根据低能耗变频振动下料方法的特点开发了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的软件平台和人机交互界面。基于计算机测控系统实现了对LY8、20#钢和45#钢棒料的稳定下料,实验结果表明,下料效果非常理想。计算机测控系统的成功研发为进一步研究低能耗变频振动下料方法的机理奠定了坚实基础。
The precision cropping of metal bar is widely required in industry. Based on the analysis of the characteristic of the green cropping method with variable-frequency vibration and low energy-donsumption,it's necessary to establish a computer measurement and control system in order to realize the reliable and automotive cropping. The hardware of the computer measure and control system is built up,the software and interface is developed based on the LabVIEW. According to the perfect results of the bar cropping experiments,in which the materials include LY8,0.20%C steel and 0.45%C steel,the computer measurement and control system established are successful. A bore all, a solid foundation f or further investigating the principle of vibration of new type cropping machine is established.
