拜耳法铝酸钠溶液中的有机物影响氧化铝的正常生产。采用过氧化氢湿式氧化法,在低温、常压条件下,研究了对铝酸钠溶液中有机物的脱除动力学。结果表明,溶液中过氧化氢浓度是影响氧化反应速率的主要因素;氧化反应速率与溶液中有机物浓度遵循一级反应关系,动力学方程为-d[C]/dt=3.45×10-7e61 260.63/RT[C][H2O2]1.30。模拟计算值与试验值相关性较好,建立的动力学方程能较好地反映实际情况。
In bayer process,the negative impacts are usually caused by organics in sodium aluminate solution.The kinetics of wet oxidation organics in industrial sodium aluminate solution is researched at l room temperature and atmospheric conditions.The results show that the oxidation reaction rate and organics concentration is accorded with a first-order reaction.The kinetic equation of the oxidation reaction is established as -d[C]/dt=3.45×10-7e61 260.63/RT[C][H2O2]1.30。The experimental data coincides well with simulation calculation data.The mathematical kinetics equation can reflect the truth.
