虽然网络上的地理障碍基本消除、搜索成本极大降低,但是网络消费者锁定现象仍然普遍存在。本文通过建立计量模型研究了影响我国B-C网络消费者锁定的因素。结果显示,各类转换成本、某些消费者特征以及网站特征是影响我国B-C网络消费者锁定的显著因素。
Although geographic obstacles are basically eliminated and searching costs are reduced considerably, consumer lock-in is prevalent in online trading. This paper sets up an empirical model to study the factors determining B-C online consumer lock-in. The result shows that different kinds of switching costs, some consumer characters and website characters are significant factors influencing B-C online consumer lock-in in China.
