不同煎煮方式对银翘散汤剂抗炎解热作用的影响

目的:探讨不同煎煮方式对银翘散解热抗炎疗效的影响。方法:取116只大鼠随机分为12组,大鼠皮下注射酵母混悬液致热后分别给予不同煎煮时间浓度的银翘散与阿司匹林灌胃治疗,观察大鼠体温变化,并在给药结束做游泳耐力试验,观察各组大鼠耐力情况。结果:0.5 h后大鼠体温除阿司匹林组其余各组均有明显升高,银翘散未起作用(P〈0.05)。给药1.5 h、2.5 h后,阿司匹林组大鼠与煮沸3 min高、中浓度组、6 min高、中浓度组大鼠体温有显著下降(P〈0.05)。灌胃给药2.5 h、3.5 h后,阿司匹林组、银翘散各浓度组大鼠体温未见明显升高,模型组大鼠体温显著升高,其解热效果明显(P〈0.05)。且煮沸3 min、6 min高浓度组大鼠体温明显低于其他银翘散给药组,P〈0.05。大鼠给药2.5 h以后银翘散解热作用明显高于阿司匹林解热疗效。煮沸3 min银翘散高、中浓度组与煮沸6 min高、中浓度组耐力程度明显高于其余银翘散给药组。结论:银翘散以煮沸3 min、6 min解热抗炎作用最佳,其解热抗炎机制需进一步研究。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the effects of different decocting methods on antipyretic and anti- inflammatory of Yinqiao Powder. Methods: A total of 116 rats injected suspension yeast in the subcutis were randomly divided into twelve groups,which were given the different decocting time concentrations of Yinqiao Powder and Aspirin by gavage. We observed the temperature change of rats and tested the swimming resistance to observe the endurance of rats after giving the drug. Results: The temperature of rats in each group was significantly increased except for the Aspirin group after half an hour,but that of the Yinqiao Powder group failed( P 0. 05). 1. 5 and 2. 5 hours after giving the drug,the temperature of rats in Aspirin group,Yinqiao Powder decocting for 3 min medium concentration group and decocting for 6 min medium concentration group significantly decreased( P 0. 05). 2. 5 and 3. 5 hours after giving the drug,the rats in Aspirin group and Yinqiao Powder group had no significant increase in temperature,but the rats in model group had significant increase in temperature and obvious fever- relieving effect( P 0. 05).The temperature of rats in decocting for 3 min or 6 min high concentration groups was obviously lower than that of other groups that were given Yinqiao Powder( P 0. 05). 2. 5 hours after giving the drug,the effects of antipyretic and anti- inflammatory of Yinqiao Powder were obviously higher than Aspirin. The endurance degree of rats in decocting for 3 min or 6 min high concentration and medium groups was obviously higher than other groups that were given Yinqiao Powder. Conclusion: Yinqiao Powder decocting for 3 min and 6 min has the best effects on antipyretic and anti- inflammatory,but the mechanisms of antipyretic and anti- inflammatory still need more studies.
