Corresponding author.Xianming Xie was born in Sichuan, China, in 1979. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan, China. His research interests include syn- thetic aperture radar signal processing, microwave remote sensing for digital elevation models and phase unwrapping with application in SAR interferometry. He has received the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 1998. Since 2002, he has been with the College of Electronic Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, where he is currently a pro- fessor. His research interests include synthetic aperture radar signal processing, moving target detection, and SAR image processing.
