以花生为材料,结合根长实验、苏木精染色和根尖铝含量测定等方法,筛选出耐铝品种99-1507和铝敏感品种中花2号。99-1507半抑制浓度大于100μmol/L,中花2号约为60μmol/L。在铝诱导产生细胞程序性死亡后,经苏木精-伊红复染后,花生根尖细胞表现出细胞核致密,核型发生变化,呈新月状或椭圆状,出现类似凋亡小体。
