选取内蒙古清水河优质石灰石为原料,经煅烧和粉碎,在消化过程中加入含羟基的有机化合物,湿法改性制备高比表面积氢氧化钙。研究了丙二醇、三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇(1000)3种改性剂对氢氧化钙比表面积的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和比表面积分析仪(BET)表征了氢氧化钙样品的物相组成、显微结构和比表面积。结果表明:在石灰消化过程中加入含羟基的有机化合物可以增大氢氧化钙的比表面积,制得的氢氧化钙表面呈片层状结构;当丙二醇添加量为石灰质量的10%时,制得氢氧化钙比表面积达到47.415 6 m^2/g。
The limestone,collected as raw material from Qingshuihe area in Inner Mongolia was calcined and smashed.Then calcium hydroxide with high specific surface area was prepared and wet-modified by adding the organic compounds containing hydroxyl group in the process of lime digestion.The effects of three modifiers,i.e.propylene glycol,triethanolamine,and polyethylene glycol(1000),on specific surface area of calcium hydroxide were investigated.The phase composition,microstructures,and specific surface area of calcium hydroxide had been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron micro scopy(SEM),and specific surface area analyzer(BET).Results showed that adding the organic compounds containing hydroxyl group could increase the specific surface area of calcium hydroxide.The surface of calcium hydroxide showed layered structure.When the adding amount of propylene glycol reached 10% of lime mass,the specific surface area of calcium hydroxide reached 47.415 6 m^2/g.
