对采自云南省昆明市的凤尾草进行了系统的化学成分研究.采用柱层析、SephadexLH一20、薄层层析等色谱方法,从风尾草(Pterismultifidapoir)全草95%工业乙醇提取物中分离得到一系列化合物.通过MS、NMR、2D—NMR等波谱分析手段鉴定了其中的6个化合物,分别为(2R,3S)-pterosinC(1)、Syringicacid(2)、ferulicacid(3)、isovanillicacid(4)、p—sitosterol(5)、daucosterol(6).化合物1为该属植物特征倍半萜类化合物蕨素,化合物2为首次从该植物中分得.
This is a study of the chemical constituents of Pteris multifida poir collected from Kunming and six com- pounds were isolated by using the chromatography technique. The chemical structures were mainly elucidated by MS and NMR spectra. On the basis of the spectral data, they were identified as (2R, 3S) -pterosin C (1), Sy- ringic acid (2), ferulic acid (3), isovanillic acid (4), 13 - sitosterol (5) and daucosterol (6). Compound 1 was a C14 illudane sesquiterpenoid, while compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
