以天津地区12个玉米品种为试验材料,测定了其Fe、Zn含量,以及不同品种对Fe、Zn的响应度。结果表明,不同玉米品种间植株的Fe、zn含量分别在218.45±40.51mg/kg和70.15±15.19mg/kg之间变化,变异系数分别为18.54%和21.38%,变化幅度较大。其中,津甜1号含Fe量较高,天塔2号含Zn量较高。天塔5号、天塔2号和津甜1号对Fe素的响应度较高;天塔212对Zn的响应度最高,其次是津甜1号。通过叶面补充Fe、Zn营养,可大幅度提高玉米的Fe、Zn含量。
12 maize varieties were selected to study the contents of iron and zinc, and also the variation coefficients to iron and zinc were studied. The results show that the contents of iron and zinc were different among different varieties of maize plants. The contents of iron varied between 218.45±40.51 mg/kg, and the contents of zinc varied between 70.15 ±15.19 mg/kg. And their variation coefficients had considerable changes, which was 18.54% and 21.38%, respectively. Among them, Tianjin Sweet No.1 had the higher contents of iron, and Tianta No.2 had the higher contents of zinc. Tianta No.5, Tianta No.1 and Tianjin Sweet No.l had higher responsiveness to Fe. Tianta 212 had the highest responsiveness to Zn, followed by Tianjin Sweet No. 1. Through the leaf application of iron and zinc, the contents of iron and zinc could be substantially improved.
