WU Minghu, received his B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Communication Uni- versity of China, Beijing, China and his M.S. degree in communication information system from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in 1998 and 2002, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Nanjing University of Posts and Tele- communications, Nanjing, China. He is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hubei University of Tech- nology, China. His major research interests include signal processing, video coding and compressive sen- sing. Email： wuxxl005@mail.hbut.edu.cn CHEN Rui, received her B.E. and M.E. degrees from Southeast University, China in 1991 and 1996 respectively. Currently she is an Associate Professor in Nan- jing Institute of Technology, China and is pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, majoring in multimedia communication in Next Generation Network （NGN）. LI Ran, is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China. His research interests include compressed sen- sing, distributed video coding and image communi- cations. ZHOU Shangli. received her B,S. degree in computer from Hubei University of Technology, Wuhan, China. Currently she is a Senior Experimentalist in School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Hubei Uni- versity of Technology.
