研究科氏流量计频率估计方法对提高其测量精度具有重要意义。分析了变步长直接频率估计(VS-DFE)方法的原理,归纳出一种基于VS-DFE的科氏流量计信号频率估计算法,给出了算法基本思想、流程和实现步骤。分别针对两种常见流量状态下科氏流量计的固定频率信号和时变信号进行仿真分析,并与离散频谱校正法进行了比较。仿真结果表明,VS—DFE法在小噪声(SNR〉10dB)条件下较离散频谱校正法精度更高,并能够实现对缓变频率的持续跟踪。
The research of frequency estimation method of Coriolis mass flowmeter is of great significance for improving the accuracy of this flowmeter. The method of variable step-size direct frequency estimation(VS-DFE) is analyzed firstly. Then a frequency estimation algorithm for Coriolis mass flowmeter is concluded, meanwhile, the algorithm' s basic notion and flow and the process of realization are also presented. The algorithm is applied to simulate fixed frequency signal and time-varying signal in two common flow conditions, which are two familiar signals of Coriofis mass flowmeter. Comparisons are also actualized through simulations between the algorithm and the discrete spectrum correction. Simulation results show that the VS-DFE is more accurate than discrete spectrum correction in the small noise( SNR 〉 10 dB) ,and can track the frequency varying slowly with time.
