本试验旨在比较3种无机磷源对吉富罗非鱼生长、体组成、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。以含总磷0.91%的基础饲料为对照(Dcontrol组),在此基础上分别添加2.0%的磷酸二氢钙(MCP,DM CP组)、2.3%的磷酸氢钙(DCP,DDCP组)和2.0%的磷酸一二钙(MDCP,DM DCP组),配制4种等氮(粗蛋白质32.5%)等能(粗脂肪6.5%)的试验饲料,饲喂初始均重为(29.40±0.15)g的吉富罗非鱼幼鱼56 d。每种饲料设置3个重复,每个重复放鱼25尾。结果表明:1)DM CP和DDCP组的末均重、增重率和特定生长率均显著高于Dcontrol和DM DCP组(P〈0.05);DM CP组的饲料系数显著低于Dcontrol和DM DCP组(P〈0.05),但与DDCP组差异不显著(P〉0.05);Dcontrol组的脏体比显著高于3个试验组(P〈0.05)。2)3个试验组全鱼和组织粗脂肪含量均显著低于Dcontrol组(P〈0.05),而全鱼粗灰分和总磷含量则显著高于Dcontrol组(P〈0.05)。3)DM CP和DDCP组的干物质、粗灰分和总磷表观消化率显著高于Dcontrol和DM DCP组(P〈0.05),Dcontrol和DM DCP组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。吉富罗非鱼对MCP、DCP、MDCP的利用率依次为91.88%、86.03%和54.17%。4)3种无机磷对血清谷丙转氨酶活性和丙二醛含量无显著影响(P〉0.05),但显著影响血清碱性磷酸酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性(P〈0.05),二者均以DM CP组最高,DM DCP组最低,DDCP组居中。由此可见,MCP和DCP可作为吉富罗非鱼(体重30-150 g)饲料的无机磷源,而MDCP不适宜。
This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of three kinds of inorganic phosphorus sources on growth,body composition,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indices of genetic improvement of farmed tilapia(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus).Four isonitrogenous(crude protein 35.5%) and isolipidic(crude lipid 6.5%) diets were formulated with no extra phosphorous inclusion(D(control) group,contained0.91%of total phosphorus),2.0%monocalcium phosphate(MCP,D(MCP) group),2.3%dicalcium phosphate(DCP,D(DCP) group) and 2.0%mono-calcium and di-calcium phosphate(MDCP,D(mdcp) group),respectively.Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of 25 juvenile GIFT with initial body weight of(29.40+0.15) g for 56 d.The results showed as follows:1) D(MCP) and D(DCP) groups obtained significantly higher final body weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate compared with D(control) and D(MDC)p groups(P〈0.05).Feed conversion rate of D(MCP) group was significantly lower than that of D(control) and D(MDCp) groups(P〈0.05),but it was not significantly different from that of D(DCP) group(P〈0.05).Viscerosomatic index of D(control) group was significantly higher than that of three experimental groups(P〈0.05).2) Crude lipid content of whole body and tissues of three experimental groups was significantly lower than that of D(control) group(P〈0.05),whereas ash and total phosphorus contents of whole body were significantly higher than those of D(control) group(P〈0.05).3) The apparent digestibility of dry matter,ash and total phosphorus of D(MCP) and D(DCP) groups was significantly higher than that of D(control) and D(MDCp) groups(P〈0.05),but no significant differences were observed between D(MCP) and D(DCP) groups(P〉0.05).The utilization of MCP,DCP and MDCP of GIFT was 91.88%,86.03%and54.17%,respectively.4) Three kinds of inorganic phosphorus sources did no
