The evolution of the claim dictions regarding the South China Sea waters,indicates Taiwan＇s claims and its attitude to the UNCLOS. The changes of the policy strategies made by Taiwan,however,have significant impacts on the claims of the sovereignty and sovereign rights of the South China Sea mainland China. Indeed,mainland China should get the full picture of the changes in the political attitudes of Taiwan,and analyse the differences and the reasons behind that,in order to respond in due course and properly to the international community,refrain from the malicious utilization by those evil intents,and maintain a tacit understanding between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits on the issue of the South China Sea to guard the interests,mutually and virtually,of the Chinese nation in the South China Sea.
