针对工业中高精度三维尺寸的测量要求,提出并设计了一种基于棱镜与多个工业智能相机的三维尺寸测量系统,它主要由机架、相机支撑架、3个工业智能相机、带有标记点的工件定位座、棱镜、气缸、可编程控制器、工控机组成。3个工业智能相机、可编程控制器均与工控机相连,工控机负责整个系统的数据采集、处理、结果判断与存储。该测量系统自动化程度高、成本较低、测量速度快,测量精度可达士0.03mm,可部分取代三坐标测量机在工业高精度尺寸测量中的应用。
Aiming at measurement requirements o high-precision spatial dimensions lor industry, a rnree-uuucuvt,d, ,, system based on prism with multiple industrial smart cameras is proposed and designed. The system mainly consists of frame, camera bracket, three industrial smart cameras, work piece positioning seat with markers, prism, cylinder, programmable controller, and IPC. Three industrial smart cameras and programmable controller are connected with the 1PC, and IPC is responsible for data acquisition, processing, judge and storage of results of the entire system. The measuring system is of high degree of automation, low cost. high speed, and high measurement accuracy up to -t-0. 03 ram, which can partially replace CMM in industrial applications of high precision dimensional measurement.
