Negotiation and delimitation of national boundaries is an important and complicated problem. On the analysis of the content, decision-making process, data flow analysis of the negotiation and delimitation of boundaries, this paper discussed the decision support system and its major content of the negotiation and delimitation of boundaries based on GIS space technology. And the delimitation decision support system framework was also provided. All these provided the theorclical support for the application development of the demarcation decision-making system.
