院长/书记与系主任、系主任与西方经济学教师在合格评估制度下进行两阶段博弈,结果是院长/书记和系主任都抓合格评估;而西方经济学教学教师愿不愿意进行教学创新,取决于系主任的支持力度和自身创新意愿。调研结果的实证分析表明,并不是所有的合格评估指标都影响西方经济学教学创新意愿。因此,院长/书记和系主任必须抓合格评估,为西方经济学教师教学创新创造创新环境,而西方经济学教师也需要主动创新,寻找教学创新突破点。
After qualified evaluation is decided as an institution by Ministry of Education,the two stage game is played first between president or clerk and dean of the department,next between the dean of the department and the teachers of western economic.The result shows that president or clerk and dean of the department supervised and urged qualified evaluation and that whether the teacher of western economic will innovate is decided by the degree of supporting of dean of the department and the innovate willingness of dean of the department.The results of survey indicate that not all index of qualified evaluation affected the innovate willingness of the teacher of western economic.Therefore,president of clerk and dean of the department must supervise and urge qualified evaluation,which will create the circumstance of innovation,and the teachers of western economic need innovate forwardly and find the breakthrough points of teaching.
