以往泥石流易损性评价主要针对经济、社会、物质和环境的易损程度,未见关于工程基础设施易损程度评价。为此,以枝柳铁路卓福隧道遭受泥石流灾害为工程背景,提出了工程易损性的概念,根据隧道承灾特点和泥石流致灾特征,系统分析了隧道的地质选址、工程设计、隧道施工、运营维护以及泥石流致灾因子对隧道工程易损程度的影响,确定了工程易损性评价指标体系,借助于AHP法和模糊综合评价法,建立工程易损性的评估方法。并以实例验证该方法可行性,为泥石流地区隧道工程防治等级确定和隧道承灾能力评估提供方法参考。
The vulnerability assessment of debris flow in the past mainly aimed at the economic, social, material and the environment vulnerable degree. There is no assessment about the vulnerability of engineering either. So the concept of engineering vulnerability has been proposed in this paper. By taking Zhuofu tunnel in the Zhi-Liu railway suffering from debris flow as background, according to the characteristics of the tunnel bearing the disaster and the characteristics of debris flow to cause disaster, the paper systemically analyzes the influences of the tunnel's geological selected location, the engineering design, the construction, the operation maintenance as well as the disaster factor of debris flow, which influences the engineering vulnerable degree, determines evaluating indicator system of the engineering vulnerability. With the aid of the AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the assessment method of the engineering vulnerability is established; and the serviceability of this method is confirmed by the example. The method may provide the reference for the determination of prevention rank and the assessment of the disaster-bearing capability of the tunnel.
