基于人力资源管理视角,从雇主角度的雇佣关系研究,即员工-组织关系研究出发,全面总结了当前国内外关于员工-组织关系的相关研究成果,将员工-组织关系界定为雇主与雇员之间的正式与非正式的,经济的、文化的和心理上的联系。在此基础上,从维度与测量、影响因素、作用结果和作用机制等方面进行了系统梳理,总结出了员工-组织关系的研究框架。最后,从前因及中介机制探索、关注人文福祉和情境化研究等方面提出了员工-组织关系的未来研究方向。
Employee-organization relationship is an important part of enterprise management, and it is also a hot topic in organizational management research. From the perspective of human resource management, this article summarizes the researches about employee-organization relationship home and abroad from the perspective of employers. Employee-organization relationship is defined as a for- mal and informal, economic, cultural and psychological relationship between employer and employee. On the basis of the definition, the review systematically analyzes the dimensions and measurement, influencing factors, effects and mechanism, and draws the outline of research frameworks, then outlines future research directions of employee-organization relationship in exploration of the former and intermediary mechanisms, and concerns about well-being, contextualization and other aspects.
